各位好，我在看小店的合同。有两个地方不太明白，想请教一下。 第一个是，“The Trade Marks are registered for the following goods and services… through franchised retail outlets being services in class 35”中的 being services。 请问为什么是services，不应该是serviced吗？如果没有问题，怎么理解后面这个being services呢？ 第二个是“In consideration of the payment by the licensee to the company of the sum set fourth in the Sixth Schedule hereto.” 请问， 1. 这句话是不是没说全？怎么理解呢？ 2. 后面半句中的 the sum set fourth in 是不是 the sum set by fourth in …? 这个set是名词吗？还是动词？ 非常感谢！ |
