| We came from Perth, 15 years ago bought the house in Perth, as didn't know there was a rebate for first home buyer so didn't claim any money. 5 years ago moved to Melbourne. Sold the house in Perth and bought one in Melbourne. still didn't claim anything as we thought it's our second purchase in Australia. so can we claim money back next time (if purchase again) as we never claim previously even we bought house before? |
