I took one year materntiy leave and then went back work as part time ever since. My daughter is 22 months now, and my boss just asked me to come back full time from March this year. I feel very sad because I will spend less time with her and not able to take her to the playgroup, swimming lessons, and playground any more. 555555! I tried to find anothr part time job but no easy due to the market condition. I will try to negociate work 4 days a week instead of 5 days. Do you have any other better ideas?
