Help Us to Grow into the Top Pet Products eCommerce Company in Australia?

We are a 2 year-old ecommerce pet product company which is experiencing high growth. Now need funding to propel us into the next stage. We won ebay Top Store award.

Funds to be channeled mainly into bulk stock purchase bulk and system enhancement.


Before we begin, here are a few quick facts:

-63 percent of Australian household has a pet and the industry is worth 5 billion AUD annually
-eCommerce is growing at 15% yearly while traditional retail is growing at 2% yearly
-There is still no dominant pet product ecommerce company in Australia yet which leaves a great spot for anyone good enough to take it.

The above facts demonstrate that there is a great potential for a ecommerce pet products company.

We are young and energetic, and full of ideas to grow our company. We managed to grow into a 400K AUD turnover company despite starting with just less than 10K AUD capital, within a period of two years.

Our main revenues comes from:
-ebay
-websites
-comparison shopping sites such as shopping.com, myshopping.com
-affiliate incomes
-online marketing services to others

We are now seeking to a funding of 100,000~150,000AUD to propel us into a medium size player in the pet and ecommerce industry. We hope to be a version of Deals Direct (www.dealsdirect.com) in the pet industry, which also happens to grow from a ebay seller to a 40 million turnover ecommerce company.

In return of the fund received, we will give out shares in the company and details could be discussed with full business plan provided.

The funding will be channeled into the following areas:
-Bulk purchase and importing of goods from mainly China
To expand the current range we have and to be able to meet suppliers MOQ requirement, while ensuring the lowest cost possible;

-To further enhance site capability and attractiveness to both encourage buying behaviour and loyalty as well as increasing the capability in satisfying and delighting  the customers;

-To set up a buying office and storage in China to lower cost of operation as well as to stay close to the suppliers. This will allow the company to be able to buy items in bulk in order to be the most competitive on the web and ebay.

-To engage staffing and technical expertise.

Thus far, we have achieved the following:
-Great supplier contact and great product knowledge
-Brand recognition with a email database list of 3000 members (all are customers who bought from us)
-Selling presence on different ecommerce and internet avenues
-A operational system
-Exclusive distribution rights for certain product range in Australia

We have also won the ebay Top Store Award due to the innovative and cool product offering.

We are confident that the investor will be able to recoup the investment within a period of 2 years, with an eye on exponential growth.
