My wife and I plan to buy a property which is not more than 300K and we may change it to investment after a couple of years. What we concern are as following aspects: transport, shopping, public security, etc. The most important thing is that we have a new born baby. We want to give her a good environment to grow up. We are working in North Sydney and city and ideally a place to travel to central station within half hour will be a good choice. We found Eastlakes and Westmead which both are convenient to city, and the property price there are very cheap. Eastlakes is close to City with high rent yield and it belongs to eastern suburb. It should have good incensement for land value in the future. For Westmead, we can also travel to city by train within half hour. Actually, it is far which is about 20km. The properties there are newer than those in Eastlakes and close to Parramatta. We are not sure in the aspect of education for our baby in those 2 suburbs. Anyone have opinion to choose from these 2 suburbs or any other suburb which is good to move in. cant type Chinese because I am working now, looking forward to ZX's replies. Thanks a lot |
