一个老板下面有2个能干的主管，在一个项目上，意见相左，谁都不想让步，老板不想得罪人，不表态。于是就可以形容他：he is sitting on the fence. 情绪激动的时候，还可以加入bloody,道：he is sitting on the bloody fence.
