Dear Sir or Madam, I write this letter in order to amend my application for university accommodation. I have to apologize for submitting my initial application form without thinking it through. Now that I'm clearer with what exactly I prefer, I'm wondering if I can amend my application as following: - I prefer Burton & Garran Hall to the rest. - If that's not possible, I'd prefer to be allocated to Fenner Hall, then Ursula Hall, then Bruce Hall. - I prefer a quiet surroundings; furthermore, if you could arrange my room close to that of other Chinese students, that'll be great.
