Late last year, used to think the property booming in Mel was not a sustainable one and truly believed there would be a huge correction sooner or later. Now, although the local property market shows as stagnancy from the perspective of aussie$, the real pty price(or value?) plunge of 30% has already been happening along the past few month in terms of RMB/USD/JPY/...
