Reports To: Team Processing Coordinator Position Purpose: You will provide professional and effective administrative support to the team and to ensure that the administrative needs of the team are met in a timely and professional manner. The key responsibilities for this role are: Maintenance of internal client records and all internal processing of client insurance's (Data Entry) Typing and formatting of reports and general correspondence Answering telephone and attending to basic enquiries and taking messages Housekeeping of central filing system Photocopying, printing and binding Other duties as required The skills and experience required are: Basic skills in Word, Excel and Lotus Notes Client Service Focus Good communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Good Time Management and Organisation Skills Typing Speed 40WPM Send me message if interested |
