ATO 的回复是可以. 大家要注意的几点是: 1. 父母来澳的签证类型与此无关 2. 父母必须在澳停留超过6个月 3. 大家可用ATO 的TOOL "ARE YOU A RESIDENT" 来确认是否合格: http://calculators.ato.gov.au/sc ... ident.XR4&go=ok The first ATO person I spoke to was very certain that parents on visitor visa are eligible, provided they have stayed here for 6mths or more. To be sure I have asked to speak to a second person and this one was a bit unsure when I said to her that many of my friends said visitors are not eligible.
