The following special terms apply to this vehicle Taxi fleet anti-selection excess The quoted premium terms have been based on the understanding that for the period of insurance stated in the schedule, the following will occur:- a. The number of taxis (as declared at the time of quotation) will either be insured with Zurich under this policy for the period of insurance or, where the taxi is insured by an insurer other than Zurich, FROM THE DATE ON WHICH THE EXISTING POLICY IS DUE FOR RENEWAL; AND b. In the event that the condition set out in point (a) above is not satisfied (other than in the event of a taxi being sold), then the Basic excess applicable to all claims made in respect of any taxi identified in the schedule after Zurich BECOME AWARE OF THE FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH POINT (a) shall be increased by an additional $2,000. 不明白的是在什么条件下出险后会加收$2,000的 excess fee. 特别是大写的部分读不懂. 谢谢先 |
