Public Consultation - Intersection of Carlingford Road and Hepburn Avenue Carlingford - Proposed Traffic Signals Council’s Development Control Plan has identified a number of traffic management works to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around the area as the population grows. As part of these works the intersection of Carlingford Road and Hepburn Avenue in Carlingford will be upgraded to traffic signals. Please see the letter and plan. Council invites your comments on the proposal by close of business Monday 13 April 2015. The results of the consultation will be referred to the Hornsby Local Traffic Committee for consideration and recommendation to Council.
