出游住service apt / holiday park是个很好的选择，有厨房有餐具，不赶路的时候做做bbq也很不错，
发个帖子看看大家除了bbq之外都会做些什么菜呢，简单又受家人喜爱的～
说一些我常做的：
Red rice salad
1 cup red rice + 2 cups chicken stock, cooked
steamed potatoes
soft boiled eggs
boiled beans
tomato
olives
parsley
tuna
olive oil, red wine vinegar
Roasted veggies with béchamel
potatoes, zucchini, onion, fennel, cauliflower, carrot
60g butter, 1/3 cup plain flour, 4½ cups milk, 75g parmesan cheese, ¼ tbsp salt
Chicken and potato bake, (prep 10 mins, bake 45 mins)
chicken, salt, pepper, rosemary leaves, olive oil, cover and chill in fridge for half day or overnight
1 onion, few potatoes skin on cut into 6 pieces, a few garlic cloves skin on, a lemon zest after squeezing juice cut into quarter, season veg with salt & pepper, bake 225'C for 45 mins
