Rohan Weeraratne is the Executive Director of Apex Institute and he personally directs the EPIC Program. Rohan has assisted thousands of skilled migrants, refugees, international students and migrants in general to achieve their career goals during the last 10 years.  Rohan will passionately lead and coach you through an outcome oriented and practical journey of strategic employment placement interview training program. He will expose myths and realities of Australian interview and employment practices and empower you for successful career.  He will share with you over ten years of his personal and professional experience as a Migrant Job Seeker, Recruitment Consultant, Career and HR Professional, Management Consultant and Executive Director .

Kalyani Srinivasan. Kal is the Managing Consultant, Employment & Career Services of Apex Institute. Kal herself is a skilled migrant from India.  Kal holds a Bachelor Degree in Education, Master Degrees in English and Philosophy. She is an internationally experienced multilingual English Teacher, Trainer, Career Consultant and Cross-cultural Communications Specialist. Kal will guide you through subtle nuances of cross-cultural communication.
