今天终于完啦，上来给大家汇报一下
我底下合同里的活都做完了，圣诞节前到今天总共三个月10天，合同五万三，多给了500块因为我选了个贵的壁橱
俩卫生间，俩厨房，楼上楼下各一个，所有的灯，吸顶灯，窗帘，俩新空调，凿了三个墙，新建俩墙，一个壁橱，地板抛光打磨，内部全粉刷
室外弄了俩新棚子，铺了新砖，游泳池加了围栏，加固了房子外围栏。
除了慢，活很仔细，钱是分了5次给
装修是个费心费力的活，其中各种不能预期的问题发生，也有很多后悔的选择与决定，至于结果，只能接受啦，结果好坏，运气要站很大部分

再发两张糟心的图片，那个地砖铺的妈呀，大家可以看，三颜色，旧的是原来的，后来他铺到一半没有砖了，我说你还没有铺到地方呢，他说砖太贵了，铺不起了，我说那不行啊，一番交涉，给我拉点旧砖，颜色也不一样，我就凑合了，不想再吵架了
大家好，我上礼拜拍卖了个房子，在布村，房子是给我爸妈买的，546平，内部面积总共130平，35年老房子，那么现在问题来了，我在装修上一锹不通，老公就喜欢和我唱反调，房子是12月1号settle,在这之前我想把装修方案大致落实，现有以下几点疑问，希望过来人给点意见！
1，我的budget 5万，不能多了，是否能把两个浴室，厨房，后院，卧室，客厅都搞一遍？我还想弄个吸顶灯，还有新壁橱
2，那个泳池在院子的正中央，咋整？还得安个栏杆，那剩下的面积不多了，怎么能让后院看着美点？
3，是找个包工队干所有的活包工包料，还是自己买材料，分包出去？
4，布村有推荐的吗？

Update, 12月1号，房子settle以后，找了4家来估价装修，最后定两家，一华人师傅，还有一个越南师傅，发帖子咨询了下大家，华人师傅没有license, 最后觉得越南师傅了，毕竟要打掉4面墙，怕没有license，出问题
下面就是报价了，我们最后双方同意的，我觉得要是不加钱，最后都干下来，我会很满意，不加GST,付现金，5万3
Work include:
Ground Floor:
1. Remove existing carpet:
2. Replace the floor with tiles - 400x400 (600X600) - non-slippery tiles - tiles at client's choice
3. Recreate a new door
4. Create a new dividing wall
5. Remove the cupboard
6.Create a new door -with transparent window – a sliding door
7.Demolish the existing bathroom
8.Construct a new new bathroom; New toilet - New vanity - New shower room - frameless
9. Adding a wardrobe in the bedroom
10. Building a kitchen in where the old cupboard was (wash machine either build in here or build in the bathroom)
Upstairs:
11. Remove existing bathroom upstairs
12. Construct a new bathroom
13. Take up carpets and vinyl floor coverings for the whole first floor
14. Sand floor boards and polish finish and seal
15. Remove existing kitchen
16. Construct a new kitchen
17. Build a swimming pool fence – Swimming pool fence with lockable automatic personel gate
18. Make good the existing house: - general touch up – patch up and paint the whole house
19. Attend to plumbing and electrical works for two bathrooms (2 Triumphs)
20. Owners choice floor tiles in upstairs bathroom and toilet Construct a new bathroom - Walk in shower (facing where current vanity is from wall to wall) – include ‘feature’ wall as backdrop, new vanity of owner’s choice, feature wall above vanity, chrome towel racks, chrome finished mixer tap for sink, new tiling throughout bathroom walls. New toilet – and wall tiling.
21. Remove and dump all demolition rubbish from site
22. Install two air conditionings at a place of owner’s choice
23. Remove the wall (sunroom arched wall, kitchen eating area wall) by choosing one of the below:
Option A Remove adjoining wall to kitchen area to create a more open plan home: OR
Option B Extend/Add kitchen wall further down to eating area (where eating area wall has been removed) to increase kitchen space
24. Remove the ceiling fan and install down lighting in lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, upstairs toilet, downstairs kitchen, downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom and living area.
25. Secure the perimeter external west facing fence.
26. Add bars on the stairs at backyard and paint both stairs
27. Install a cover/patio for the upstairs where connecting the kitchen and stairs
28. Pave the backyard where has grasses
29. 2 roofing for backyard pavilion
30. Add Hills Hoist Clothes line (rear backyard).
31. Render the Pool and fixup the cracks
32. Clean up and seal any holes on the Gutters.
