如题，我写了个email问co，他回我如下
。。。。However, should you wish to apply for a Aged Parent visa subclass 804, you would need to firstly forward a signed request for withdrawal of the Parent visa subclass 864 and submit a new application for a subclass 804 visa which involves new fees and no refund for the subclass 864.
Please note that there may be an approximate waiting period of 30years until the Non -Contributory Aged Parent visa subclass 804 be allocated for assessment.
As your parents currently hold a Bridging Visa A which is not a substantive visa, they will then be issued a Bridging Visa C once the applicants withdraw the subclass 864 visa effectively 28days after the withdrawal date. The condition of this visa will not allow the applicant to travel and you will be unable to apply for a Bridging Visa A or B once you obtain the Bridging visa C.
因为旅游签证过期了，所以撤销BVA后就剩下28天的时间去申请804，想问问有经验的同学
邮寄资料到珀斯，或者在悉尼当地移民局递交申请，哪个拿到804 BVA的速度更快点，大概是多久？
