Council’s CityWorks Division is one of Queensland’s largest construction and maintenance organisations. Our Group provides Council and external stakeholders with management and construction projects and solutions with civil construction in roads, water, drainage, bridges, signal and traffic and suburban centre improvements

We are seeking six Team Leaders to join our Minor Roads Group, to play a key part in providing civil and construction services to Council and external stakeholders. With your expertise in this area, we would love to hear from you.

Your role will include:

place and basic finish structural and non-structural concrete to specified Council standards and plans
set up and pour concrete kerb and channel, footpath and associated components to Council standards
operate kerb maker machines
construct stormwater gullies, manhole inlets, and outlets to Council standards.
Remuneration: Your base wage will be $761.70 per 38 hour week, plus 14% superannuation and other additional allowances.
