From the email they say combine with 12% Cash Rewards cashback and get 32% discount, but even though 12% + 20% = 32% I doubt it works like that. I suspect you only get 12% cashback on the amount you actually pay which is only 80% of the cost, so effectively you only get 29.6% discount. Still is potentially a good saving.
