其他文件都能上传，就是marriage certificate一上传就出现如下错误，为什么啊
The following errors have been encountered:
1. A problem occurred sending the attachment to the internal ws.: Error reading request response Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://10.200.200.12/fileStoreExternal/WebServiceBoundaryServlet
是不是系统的问题呀？

文件名是不是含有特殊字符，比如'&'之类的，去掉就应该可以了。
