The 0.15% p.a. discount off fixed rates in the Advantage Home Loan Package ends on Saturday 19 April 2008, and from Sunday 20 April St George will launch their Autumn home loan special, again focusing on the Advantage Package. The offer is a 0.30% p.a. discount on one to five year fixed rates in the Advantage Home Loan Package, for a limited time. The following campaign rules will apply:

·         The offer starts on Sunday 20 April 2008.

·         Pre-approvals are not eligible for the 0.30% p.a. discount.

·         The 0.30% p.a. fixed rate discount will be available for a limited time only.

·         New applications for new borrowings $150,000 or more received from 20 April 2008 for an Advantage Home Loan Package, will be eligible.

·         Existing customers that want to benefit from this offer can only do so if they increase their total package borrowings by $150,000 or more. The loan to be fixed must be currently in the Advantage Package or moving to the Advantage Package and the customer must be increasing their total borrowings by $150,000 or more to be eligible.

·         Customers not increasing a particular loan sequence or Portfolio sub-account will not be eligible to have the the 0.30% p.a. discount applied on that loan sequence or Portfolio Loan sub -account.

  Please note: Introductory One Year Fixed Rate Loans are not eligible for the 0.30% p.a. discount.
