We have been specialized in Kitchen/Bathroom/Cabinet Design, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales for ten years in Australia. Head office is in Melbourne. Our customers have high end and middle end, and builders. We have our own factory, manufacturing machines and warehouse.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time HR/Admin Officer to work based in our Head Office in Dandenong South.
Job Description
• Reporting into Chief Executive Officer, this role will see you managing the main HR functions, implementing new HR initiatives and coaching and advising managers in all areas of HR. Other main duties and responsibilities include:
• Recruitment and Talent Management - management recruitment, recruitment process improvement, reporting and coaching managers on best practice recruitment techniques
• Managing committee meetings
• Accident/Incident investigations
• Workcover procedures
• Insurance claims
• Liaising with third party providers
• HR Advisory - provide HR and ER solutions and advice, advise on relevant awards and legislations and ensure all ER matters are managed in line with company policy
• HR Strategy and Project - lead HR projects and design and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Employee Life cycle - induction, reviews, terminations, exit interviews etc.
• Training and Development - facilitate training for business compliance and development programs. Develop, coordinate and maintain the training schedule in line with set principles.
• Compensation and Benefits - ensure the business in line with local market environment norms and group policy
To be a successful Candidate, you must have:
• At least 5 years HR Experience, this is a must
• Must be PR or Citizen
• Fluent Mandarin and English Speaking
• Sound knowledge of Awards, EBA's and IR
• Experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures
• Excellent safety and injury management knowledge, including legislative requirements
• Incident investigation and the implementation of risk controls
• Ability to use information technology such as MS Office software
• Ability to liaise with a variety of personnel relating to varied HR concerns
• Ability to build rapport with management & employees
• Able to work as part of team
