我公司现在正在招聘有经验的.net程序员(基本要求:c# web developer,.net2.0 3年以上工作经验,无商业开发经验者免谈),具体招聘内容请参见如下:

Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience
LMI Group provides technical knowledge to the general insurance industry. Our product range includes a number of websites offering online subscription tools and services, with a majority market share in Australasia. Your role is to update and integrate these existing websites, as well as assisting in the development of a number of planned new sites providing new tools and services.

You must have the appropriate qualifications, experience, skills and training to perform the activities identified herein. Such requirements include:
  • ASP.NET(2.0), C# language and XML/XSL(Visual Studio 2005), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML and AJAX (3 year commercial working experience)
  • SQL Server 2005 databases/store procedure (with knowledge of database design)
  • Testing and maintenance
  • Dynamic website implementation (eg. CMS-driven sites, ASP application integration)
  • Solid communication and time management skills
  • Understanding of usability/accessibility in web interfaces, OOP/SDLC, development methodologies and search engine optimisation processes

    Key Activities
    Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Initial project on commencement will be the development of the architecture/database structure required to bring our existing website tools and services together, sharing common databases, some of which are built on different platforms。Ongoing web development, updating, integration and testing。Liaison with external web hosting companies and IT contractors

Our sites are volatile in content, and various content management approaches have been taken to allow update of content. However, an overhaul of these practices is required, moving towards a uniform approach. In addition, our parent website (LMIGroup.com) requires redevelopment, ultimately in the direction of a portal concept.
