看到过一个补贴大约800多块，后来怎么找不到了。有筒子拿到过那个补贴吗:)

Am I eligible for Maternity Allowance?
You can get Maternity Allowance if:

you have a newborn child or have care of a newborn child within 13 weeks after the birth, including stillborn babies and babies who die shortly after birth; and
you were eligible for Family Tax Benefit Part A within 13 weeks of the baby's birth (or would have qualified if the baby had lived);
you claim within 26 weeks of the child's birth; and
As an adoptive parent you can also get Maternity Allowance if you are eligible for Family Tax Benefit Part A within 13 weeks of the child being entrusted to your care and the child is under 26 weeks of age when the child comes into your care, and another person has not received the payment on behalf of the same child.

How much can I get?
Maternity Allowance is a one-off payment of $842.64 for each child and is paid as a lump sum. It is payable for each child in a multiple birth.

How do I apply?
Your claim must be lodged:

within 26 weeks of the child's birth (including stillborn babies or children who die shortly after birth); or
within 26 weeks of the child coming into your care in the case of adoption (and the child is under 26 weeks of age).
Contact us to request a claim form.
这是从Family Assistance Office的网上找到的，MS没什么特殊条件，只要你可以拿FTB A就可以拿这个Maternity Allowance，不过一定要在宝宝出生26周内申请。MM和centrallink联系一下吧。

我也没拿这个钱呢。难道申请baby bonus时，要特别说明这项吗？我还以为该拿的，都会给的呢。刚刚看了certerlink给的statement,没有啊。到底有吗？

Maternity Allowance is paid to families following the birth (including stillborn babies) or adoption of a child. It helps with the extra costs of a new child born before 1 July 2004.

这个政策是截止到2004。
现在都是4000多了，还惦着这个800得？
