现在工作的公司部门最近在招人,公司在castle hill, 职位要求如下:
An exciting opportunity exists for motivated team players to join our join our busy inbound call centre team. These roles will require you to manage customer enquiries & orders, coach/assist customers with on-line enquiries, provide product & promotion information, daily administration, provide Business Centre support and work as part of a team to deliver friendly, professional, efficient and timely service.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your;
Quality call centre customer service experience with a background in training/coaching customers with on-line services being an advantage.
Proven sales records with an ability to achieve targets & goals (team & individual), cross sell, up sell and customer retention experience.
Excellent communication skills with bi-lingual language skills, particularly in English/Chinese (Mandarin) being an advantage.
Good time management, problem solving and analytical skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel advantage), an eye for detail and ability to work in a busy call centre environment.
These positions are full time (37.5 hours per week) rostered across Monday to Friday with occasional rostered work on a Saturday morning. A competitive salary will be paid to the successful applicants.
