上个月父母递交资料申请600签证来澳三个月，因为我父亲年纪在75岁以上，所以今天收到了要求体检的信，而且体检前要在网上填写一个medical history information，我刚才登录进去看了一下，问了很多关于身体状况的问题，有些不知道怎么回答，请大家指点一下，谢谢。
1.Have you ever been admitted to hospital and/or received medical treatment for an extended period for any reason (including for a major operation or treatment of a psychiatric illness)?
我父亲8年前做过腹腔手术，关于这个问题是选择是或不是？
2.Do you have a blood condition?
这个blood condition包括哪些项目啊？
3.Are you taking any prescribed pills or medication (excluding oral contraceptives, over-the counter medication and natural supplements)? If yes, please list these.
老年人吃的丹参片和阿司匹林属于处方药吧？
就是担心问题答的不好，影响老爸的签证，所以请大家帮忙给个意见。万分感谢！！！
