求助有经验的爸比和妈咪，申请BB bonus和FTB时accommodation问题

打算在宝宝出生后在家照顾孩子，这几天尝试在网上申请BB bonus和FTB，填写accommodation目录问题的时候被问的一头雾水纠结死了。
我们的情况跟很多TX一样，有一个自购自住的unit，自己交水电气、mortgage、council fee以及各种费用等等。

于是在accommodation的step 1里面
Accommodation details - home ownership
Do you (or your partner) own the home in which you are now living? This is a required field
(this includes joint ownership, mortgage, and ownership by a company of which you are a director)
Yes  No
我选择的YES。

然后step 2

我应该选择1，对不对？

然后step 3：

1. Do you pay rent, board, lodging, site fees or other fees for your accommodation?
Yes   No
2. Do you get free accommodation?
Yes   No

进行到这里我就彻底糊涂了，这两个问题我该怎么选？特别是Q2，自己掏钱买房子不能算免费住宿吧……
或者是我从什么地方开始就填错信息了？？

Step 2 当然选1，step 3，第一个选no，第二个也选no

我申请的时候也是这些问题。应该没错。
