I was asked 6 questions during the consortium interview.

What are essential skills required to be an RN?
What would you do if your patient fell out of bed?
What are ethical considerations if the patient needs an organ transplant?
What are your precaution methods if your patient has gastroenteritis?

I can only remember those four questions. There is no tricky question and all you need is your generally nursing knowledge. I haven’t heard of anyone failed that consortium interview. I didn’t do it well for my interview but I still got into my first preference, so don’t worry about it too much. Good Luck and you will get it..
