父母143签证问题，急问啊，急啊

麻烦问大家一个很愚昧的问题，我真的迷惑了。 Check LIst里 Personal Document里面的YOu 指的是我啊，还是我父母啊？到底我是申请人，还是我父母是啊？麻烦大家给解答一下，万分感谢了。比如要护照复印件啊，出生证明啊，要的是我的？还是我父母的啊？如果是我妈的，我是不是赶不及31号之前递材料了啊

你父母申请付费移民。那你父母就是申请人啊！！。。。。你肯定赶不到31号前了，我5月20号寄的103，现在都没有划钱

算申请递表时间还是抠钱时间啊

不是扣钱的时间，而是分配到FN的时间。

143目前扣钱之后到FN分配之前会有一个时间间隔的。

你确定是分配到FN的时间而不是他们签收的时间？？？？

100%是出FN的时间。

只有出了FN，才标志着一个case正式开档，所有时间节点开始录入系统。

移民局会让门口收发室的大爷笔录所有快递的收件时间，等到日后开档了再一一补录吗？

先扣钱。我的钱扣了4,5天了，FN依旧遥遥无期。

移民局现在正在猛赶2012-13财年的旧账，新case开的非常非常慢，你现在寄估计不太赶得及，不过也难讲。

对的~只要寄register post, 确定移民局是在6月30号收到的就可以了。 不过今年6月30号是星期天，所以最晚要在6月27号寄出，寄NEXT DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE就可以了。然后留下邮局的单据当证据。

中介让我用支票付的申请费，号称比信用卡快，因为人家看到申请的时候就看到钱了，也不知道是不是真的。

移民局应该是按收到日期算的吧，估计真有人敲章哪天收到的，然后达到系统里的人就按那个日期给你排队。

再问个愚昧问题哦，比如护照复印件公正，因为护照在国内父母手里，所以是他们在国内给翻译公正寄过来是吗？还有就是申请表的父母签名呢？SCAN给他们签名，再传回来吗？谢谢啦谢谢啦

护照我交的就是彩色复印件，有户口本公正和亲属关系公正，护照没必要再公正吧
