“In this role you will assess clients and put packages together to for the Chinese speaking elderly community. This is so they can remain in their home safely and for as long as possible. These are people who require a high level of care and people with dementia.‘

To apply you must have:



·         Tertiary qualification and/or experience in relevant field;

·         Experience in clinical client assessment and goal setting skills;

·         Supervisory and organisational skills;

·         Experience in working within Financial Budgets;

·         Ability in the development and implementation of quality improvement measures and standards;

·         Have an understanding of the needs of people from culturally and linguistically diverse background;

·         Good command of spoken and written English, fluency in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;

·         Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills;

·         Computer literate;

·         Possess valid driver’s license and own vehicle.



Desirable Criteria:

·         Experience in the use of Care Manager 3 software;

·         Ability to speak an additional Chinese dialect, or an Asian language, such as Korean or Vietnamese;

·         Have a current first aid certificate.
