Technical Field Force Solutions currently has a vacancy for a permanent Invoicing Clerk located at Sydney Olympic Park to assist with performing the invoicing function for BSA project accounts.
The purpose of this role is to process client invoices and contractor payment advice.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Data entry
• Process client invoices and contractor payment advice
• Respond to general and escalated payment related queries from contractors and client
• Resolution of discrepancy file
• Generate reports from Infinity system to senior management
• Other duties as required
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Competent in accounts management
• Competent in use of basic MS Office applications
• Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Customer service and improvement driven
