要求：有海外学习或工作经验, 35岁以上, 英语好；
行业经历：有PC销售工作经验者优先考虑，白色家电销售经验次选考虑；
工作地点：can be base in Singapore, India, America, France, German, UK, Russia；

Executive Director of Sales
Job Responsibility:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals;
-Lead sales and marketing team to explore consumer product market and achieve annual sales target in overseas market (America/Europe/Asia Pacific);
-Direct sales forecasting activities and set up performance goals accordingly;
-Direct sales channel development;
-Build up connection with sales/marketing departments and R&D units within the company;
-Monitor and evaluate activities and products of the competitors.
Requirement:
-Bachelor or above degree, MBA desired;
- A minimum of 8 years experience on Sales function in multinational company. Overseas working experience is preferred;
- Good team management and interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening;
- Goal-oriented, high level of integrity, work well under pressure;
-Willing to relocate to overseas countries (America/Europe/Asia Pacific);
-Excellent communication in both Mandarin and English.
