National Solar distribution and project company recruit Customer service manager based in Melbourne.
Position: Customer service manager
Location: Melbourne
Salary: 50000-60000
Responsibility:
Develop and implement customer service standard for customer service team (customers contact center)
Develop and management of customer satisfactory programs within company
Managing and directing customer service staffs to provide efficiency and excellence service
Assist customer service team recruitment
Carry out regular audits on customer service and give feedback to cutomer service team and company management
Planning and implementing after-sales services standard to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of equipment purchased, and modify and improve services provided
Regular training to customer service team, update relevant policy and service feedback from clients
Provide feedback to sales team in regards to the customer service issues
Liaising with manufactory service center (Both overseas and Austrlian) to provide customer feedback for equipment purchased and after sales provided
Skills required:
Fluent in English and Chinese
Excellent communication skills
Relevant working experience required (in Solar industry)
