请问自住房和投资房可以相互转化吗？相互转化需要什么条件？

Nothing stopping you from doing that. But there will be a lot of tax issues if you do that.
One thing definitely need to do is to talk to your accountant to work out the tax consequences of doing that. Usually it would be negative unless you don't own any money on the investment property.
