房子通过中介租给人家，寄给我的水费账单上除了服务费还有个排水费，请问排水费需要我们付吗？

房子租给人家，刚收到了水费单子，服务费90+，还有150多的排水费，排水费这个也需要房东付吗？感觉这个应该是让租房的人付的吧？单子最后只DUE了90刀，搞不懂这150到底要不要付。

只要你是房东,固定费用都是你付,包括排队费,房客只需要支付usage.

之前从中介租房子  水费都是房东付的 无论是usage还是服务排水费  但是合约里有说如果恶意浪费水  超过正常范围 房客是要付多出的部分

是VIC的，到底应该谁付啊。。看晕了。。怎么有人说房客有人说房东。。我租出去的是UNIT，所以不存在包水费一说，这个应该只有一些APARTMENT提供吧

unit的，那张水公司的单子是你付的
水usage是strata付的，其实也是owner付的

水单，strata单和council，unit投资方三张账单

出租的apartment，假如是有独立一户水表的，房客只付Usage。而有的UNIT是几户共用一个水表，那么房东就要付全部费用了。

Landlords

Tenants

Where the residential property you live in as a tenant is separately metered, you are responsible for paying water usage and sewage disposal charges. The property owner is responsible for service charges on the property. Maintenance of water supply and sewerage service is also the owners responsibility.

得看你的租房合同上是怎么写的，在NSW, 房东要求租客付usage, 必须先花150刀换节水龙头
