娃还有一个多月就出来了，听说baby bonus的预审阶段需要一段时间，就想着先提前网上申请一下
可是死活都没有办法在centrelink上注册啊~
总是说"Service not available
This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
要不就是“Session Timeout
