1 year old or above , but the later the better, not because salt and sugar are harmful to their bodies, but because you want your child to develop a good eating habbit - it's better for their long term health if they prefer milder taste to strong taste. You would want your child to learn to love the natural flavours in meat/vegies. When my daughter was between 1 and 2 years old, we used to cook the same dish for the whole family but take out a portion for my daughter before adding seasoning for ourselves. |
