Sometimes, you will get some bullshit instructions from partner or senior accountant, and they are not legal. will you follow their instructions? or just resign the job?

Always send them an email to confirm what did they say, however they never reply.

What do you think of professional integrity? Please remeber if you want to reject their proposal, you at least need to get all facts right, and ensure there is no misunderstanding and miscommunication. In addition, you should propose alternatives with facts, reasonings and references. If they still insist on what is clearly wrong. There are ombudsman in both CPA and ICAA, consult with them before taking any actions.
