在coolingday期间，取消合同，但是不是因为房子有严重问题，0.2%的钱是支付给中介还是给房住的？

10%还没有呢，上周四晚上签的ContractNotes，现在还在cooling期间（周二午夜结束应该），今天LG去中介砍价，中介说要我们0.2%的违约金，说是给房主，但是我们查了其他的资料都没说是给的。不过总听说有人反悔后没有被收这个钱是因为中介还想做生意。所以很迷惑，到底这钱是给谁的，就是最后真的要支付出去，也要知道是给谁啊~

好象好象是给owner的...

但是我听说应该先叫0.2%, 然后签合同, 然后交 (10%-0.2%)给owner.

不确定, 等专家来吧.

What do you mean here?
Do you still buy this house or you want to quit?

Even if you are in cooling off period, you will still be asked to pay some money to compensate.

应该是由中介收取给屋主。

对于cooling off period的罚金问题，维州的官方说法如下：

Cooling Off period

This is a situation where the buyer decides not to go ahead with the contract. Written notice must be provided to the seller or their agent,and a fee of $100 or 0.2% of the purchase price (whichever is the greater) may be payable.  

It is important to note that the cooling off period is three clear business days and applies regardless of the selling prices. It also begins from the date the buyer signs the contract and not from the date the seller countersigns it.

When does the cooling off period not apply?

    * The property was purchased within three clear business days before or after a public auction.
    * The buyer received independent advice from a solicitor prior to signing the contract.
    * The property is used mainly for industrial or commercial purposes
    * The property is more than 20 hectares in size and is used mainly for farming.
    * The buyer has previously signed a contract for the same property with the same terms.
    * The buyer is an estate agent or corporate body.

不过，确实也有不少中介并不收取这个0.2％，包括我本人的经历以及足迹上很多网友的经历都可以证明这一点，所以还是取决于中介。不同的中介做法不尽相同。

我的问题就是这个0.2%是给谁的？就是说，虽然订金（500元）是交给中介的，之后肯定是算在整个签约成交的房款中的。但是如果我们反悔的话（不是因为房子的严重问题），也知道有可能被要求支付0.2%，但是不知道这0.2%是中介获得还是房主通过中介获得。
前面我说查了很多资料都没说是给“谁”的，我把“谁”给丢了。。因为着急提问，抱歉！

所以澄清提问一下：
有谁知道这0.2%的违约金到底是谁来获得的呢？如果有筒子有不被收取的经验，想必应该是中介获得的；但是今天LG说中介江这个钱是要支付给房主的，我们就有点糊涂了。

It's the vendor.

The agent is vendor's agent, so that the vendor pays the agent when the property is sold.

Please be aware that the agent is not necessary a part in the process of property sale. The vendor can sell his property without an agent, even though that's probably a bit difficult.

中介已经把钱收走了，0.2%。
我们感觉也有中介之间抢客户的问题，一个想让我们成交另一个不想成交。反正中介收走了钱。过后还给我们打电话问还有没有其他的感兴趣的房子，我们心想就是有，也不能找你了，谁让你收了钱还卖乖。。。之后又路过那栋房子，越看越觉得不是自己的家的感觉。。。
