Don’t you love a good story? Back in the 13th Century, a man named Genghis Khan conquered a whole lot of land, which he dubbed ‘Mongolia’. Throughout their conquest, Genghis Khan’s army celebrated each victory with thinly sliced strips of meat, barbecued on their metal shields. This Mongolian pride has been passed all the way down to present day and it’s only become more scrumptious.
