I've got the same problem, the turn out looks ok but not as puffy as the ones in bakery. I asked my colleague and they said self made bread is dense. Sounds common but would be nice if turns out soft and puffy...
Someone suggested that yeast, sugar and salt are put at different corner, but I just followed the recipe, can't figure out what has gone wrong.
Any suggestion...? |
