不用再去leave adjustment清零。
Once you execute the end of pay, the annual leave balance will be adjusted however the balance will still show on the employee master file but it doesn't effect to any report. Your annual leave accrual journals only include those existing employees and the balance for terminationed employee has been excluded already
Leave adjustment function is not normal running function, you should not touch it until very necessary. Only if you made mistake on leave balance, it obsolutely need adjust the balance, then you use this function and keep the support evidence for it because it will be recorded on the Audit report. when your auditor check the report, they might need ask you questions and see the evidences
