termination employee's entitlements in micropay

当employee is terminated in the micropay,我已经付完了annual leave entitlement.  我还需要到micropay  leaves adjustment里去把这个employee's leaves 清零吗?
如果不清零, 在月底报告出每个月的  annual leave liability 会有影响吗

不用再去leave adjustment清零。

Once you execute the end of pay, the annual leave balance will be adjusted however the balance will still show on the employee master file but it doesn't effect to any report. Your annual leave accrual journals only include those existing employees and the balance for terminationed employee has been excluded already

Leave adjustment function is not normal running function, you should not touch it until very necessary. Only if you made mistake on leave balance, it obsolutely need adjust the balance, then you use this function and keep the support evidence for it because it will be recorded on the Audit report. when your auditor check the report, they might need ask you questions and see the evidences

这个系统我用了7，8年了。有时本来是打他们的hotline问问题，结果我还得给MicrOpay的consultant讲他们的功能怎么用

今天单位里有讨论这个问题。有个人提出来说要清空。 因为已经走人了。所以没有必要留着。
请问如何反驳呢。

把leave liability report 打出来给他们看，terminated 的人都不在里面的。其实已经清空了，只是employee page上还有这个信息。

不是的，employee page 是不可以清零的，那是原始数据，不可以更改的。如果有employee question their unused leave entitlement balance, there is the place you can find the information。only reason to amend leave balance on employee page is if you made an error on an employee leave entitlment

ld的上司是个白痴，为了显示自己有经验，就喜欢在大老板那里说员工的观点是错的。
现在ld想就算不能反驳上司，也要做点啥留下点记录。免得将来上司颠倒黑被说是ld做的清零。

做啥都留点记录是对的，不过，If his manager made any change under his login, his name will appear on the auditing report，应该不会栽赃到你老公头上。只要他不知道你老公的login 和password就行。
