看来很多人都关心decking, 把我计算材料的过程简单贴一下，大家见仁见智吧
按照我以前的job，给大家粗略算一下，按照10 x 5m deck (50 sq metres)，只算材料，给大家一个cost的概念。
几个概念:
Posts - Poles that go into the ground （插入土里的桩子）
Bearers - Sit on the posts to hold the joists （搭在桩子上，撑住龙骨的梁木）
Joists - Sit on the bearers to hold the Decking. If timber, the bearers should be rebated half way into the post. If Concrete posts, drill ahole through the timber for the rio rod to poke through, then bend and hammer over into place

材料价格大致参照记忆中mitre10的价格，会和当前市场价格有些出入
假设:
1. 50平米的超大decking!
2. decking水平, 高度距离地面小于50CM (按照building code < 500mm 不用安装栏杆)
3. decking下面土层沙化不严重 (普通坑深600mm，沙化严重，post hole 需要深挖)
材料价格
Decking----------------------Merbau----------90mm x 19mm----------@ $5.20 pm (per metre)
Bearers----------------------Hardwood or Treated Pine ----90mm x 45mm----------@ $5 p/linm
Joists-----------------------Hardwood-------- 90mm x 45mm---------@ $5p/m
Posts------------------------CYPRESS PINE ---- 100 X 100--------@ $17p/m
箍紧螺丝--------------------Galvanised Screw nails ----------1000颗 @ $80 or 750 颗 @ $95(隐藏螺钉安装法)
螺栓 --------------------200mm x 200mm----$2.5 set
混凝土---------------------Pre Order. $170 -- $200 每立方，加$50-70 delivery 费用
Nails------------------------100m x 3mm Building nails (someone help me out here) $30 pkt
下面是一些decking foundation的基本要求，如果用其他材料，可以参照AS1684 Volume2附带的光盘（这个资料是澳洲木结构标准，大部分的木工结构和施工要求都在里面）
Bearers run the same way as the final decking boards
For solid decking, posts need to be 1.4 metres apart max.
Bearers the Same - 1.4m apart
Joists 45cms apart.
由此，我粗略的列出了下面的材料费用
Posts 40 (8 x 5 ) 100cms long= (60 cms into ground) = 40m @ $17pm --------------------=$680
Bearers 16 @ 5 metres = 80metres @ 5 pm --------------------=$400 （对于大面积的decking，我喜欢两根Bearers抱住post，用螺栓箍紧，这样方便找平，当然，会有点浪费材料）
Joists 11 @ 10 metres = 110 metres @$5 pm --------------------=$550
Decking 材料的计算
decking板与板之间理想的间距是3-4毫米，有些限位工具做到5mm也是可以的, 我们按照5mm间距，90mm*19mm的decking来计算
1平方米deck就需要10.6boards （ (1000-90）/ 95 + 1 ). 也就是1个平方 需要 1米长的板11条
所以按照价格 $5.2 p/m， 1平方 merbau decking 价格是 $57.2
50平方价格 = $2860
混凝土价格
由于面积大，所以可以订1立方，$200
箍紧螺丝
每个连接处需要两颗螺钉，大概需要1200颗钉子。 就是说一盒不够，要两盒。$190
40 螺栓 ----------------------=$100
想要decking更耐久不外翘，可以Liquid nails粘接 每箱25只，大概$80
小计： $5060
加上一些工具租用（post hole digger）和或许没有考略到的增加材料，$5200就差不多了
挖土多，需要清走的话，还需要加上垃圾bin的价格。 |
