公司给的合同package里面有Tax 那个表格里面有2个问题

1 do you want to claim the senior Australians tax offset by reducing the amount withheld from payment made to you?
2 do you want to claim a zone, overseas forces, dependent spouse or special tax offset by reducing the amount withheld from payments mae to you?

这两个问题对于新入职人应该怎么填写，是什么意思呢？谢谢，期盼解答
