Business Development Consultant
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales / Business Development Consultant who thrives on the thrill of developing new business opportunities and building new relationships. Reporting directly to the MD, you will be expected to actively develop professional, long term relationships with new and existing clients. Essentially, you will be required to source recruitment opportunities via phone and face-to-face contact, as well as manage & strengthen existing relationships.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Demonstrate a successful track record in B2B solutions/service sales.
• Enjoy building and managing client relationships.
• Have the ability to work to a fast pace environment
• Proven ability to source and attract talent using creative sourcing techniques
• Possess strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Be a self-starter and show initiative.
• The ability to respond immediately to changing priorities and demands.
• Great inter-personal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to providing only the best service
