最近我发现有些信用卡有很高的利息。所以想申请一个，但老实讲，对信用卡的了解实在是粗浅，有没有筒子给分析一下个中道理？

The higher the interest rate is, the worse it is. This is because you usually owe money and if you cannot make the payment on time, the rate applies to your balance and as a result, you will have to pay high interest expense.

啊？这么说这个利率是算在我的消费额上的？那我如果不动用信用卡中的钱，可不可以像定期存款一样，适用于我的存款上哪？

If you buy stuff using your credit card and pay within the interest free period ( 44-55 days depending on which bank you are with), there will no interest charge. However, if you put money into your credit, there is no way for you to earn interest. After all, bank is no fool.
