请教一下hornsby height的房子

我觉得足迹上很多人看房的眼光能力都很厉害，所以想听听大家的意见。这是在hornsby height得house,地很正，草坪还是比较容易管理的。房子是brick -venner.房子总体简单装修，我和未婚夫也都比较的喜欢的。但是唯一考虑的就是房间的朝向问题，感觉可能西面会比较的晒。房子是拍卖，中介说是high 60起拍，但是中介说vendor可以接受auction得private sale,大家觉得出价多少比较的合适呢？房子还有什么样的缺点，想听听大家的建议，如果有朋友住在那个区的话就更好，可以给更多些建议了。谢谢了阿。

谢谢tina 版主。现在在挣扎阿，刚才找了朋友去估价，可能要超过我们的预算价格阿~~~

其实就是老房新装修的感觉。。。只要装修一下 任何房子的内部 都会很漂亮。。。

但是这房子外在呢？感觉设计的挺土 跟个VILLA似的。。。LOCATION的话 不就是适合老人或者有钱不用上班的人嘛 那片区 与世隔绝的感觉 当然 环境是不错的

很简单，LZ 2个人 上班不上班？ 上班的话 你就知道苦头在哪了。

嗯，我也觉得确实上班是个问题。特别向我现在在dee why 上班老远的。不过想说护士的工作很好换，就换到hornsby附近也没有问题。离city挺远的，提前过老年生活`~~~赫赫~~~

Location! Location! Location!
This house is not convineint for communtor at all.
Think about that later you will have childrens and if your parents move in with you to give you a hand to look after kids.
Without a car, could they easily reach to the childcare centre/school/shoping centre/station?
Do you and your husband drive to work or take public transport? The parking in hornsby station is a nightmare.

I knew a friend who brought a house in Hornsby height for only 1 year had to sell it again due to the inconvenient transport.
