今年的Landlord+Building Insurance Premium涨了50%吗？

一直在Westpac买Landlord+Building Insurance。房子在布里斯班，单层house，replacement cost is $265k.
今年收到通知，Premium从$650涨到$900。查了TerriScheer，竟然更贵，将近$1,000.请问大家的Premium也涨了吗？你们的combined Premium一般多少钱？
Allianz的好像便宜一些，只要$730，但是cover没有TerriScheer的好。

This year I changed my own building insurance (PROP) from Westpac to NRMA. It costs me about $550 per year now. My IP is in Perth : Building insurance with SGIO and landlord with Terri Scheer.
1.        Try to increase your excess fee and review your police to see if any item you don’t need can be removed.  It will decrease your premium fee a bit.
2.        If you have any other properties , tell the insurance company have purchased building insurance  since......, it will give me some discount

多谢楼上的。我也签了NRMA，确实比Westpac便宜了不少，cover 基本一样。可惜我没有汽车保险，不然在NRMA可以打折。
