父母付费移民的无犯罪公证

请教一下办过的朋友，现在是通知要交Police Certificates。有点很困惑，什么叫：
Current Original police certificate is supplied - certified copies will not be accepted.   
现在国内的无刑事犯罪公证的流程好像都是，从公证处拿到一份固定格式的文档，让派出所签字，然后就可以做公证了。所以怎么能提供： Current Original police certificate?

因为家中只有老母亲一个人，不想让她再辛苦的去打听了，还请办过的朋友指点一下。

Provide Police Certificates for:  
From every country you have resided in for a cumulative total of one year or more in
the last ten years.
  Please ensure that the  Current Original police certificate is supplied - certified
copies will not be accepted.   
  Documents in a language other than English  must be accompanied with an
English translation from an authorised/accredited translator.
