请教103的清单里头第二项的理解

Certified copies of birth certificates showing both parents’ names for you and any other person included in the application. If you do not have a birth certificate and are unable to get one, you must provide a certified copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following documents:
•
passport
•
family book showing both parents’ names
•
identification document issued by the government
•
documents issued by a court that verifies your identity.
If you are unable to provide one of these documents, you must provide other acceptable evidence that you are who you claim to be.

请问这个是要父母两个人的出生证明？

然后里头说如果无法出示，护照的CERTIFIED COPY也可以，那岂不是和第一项“If you are in Australia, certified copies of the passports or travel documents you, your partner and your dependants used to enter Australia, and of any passports held since then.”重复？还是应该有其他理解呢

如果能在澳洲境内申请，申请人的visa上不能有8503. 都能入澳洲了，肯定有护照，certified也很容易

是有重复，但是移民局鼓励提供最多资料。只是他们考虑比如以前中国等国家没有出生证的问题如何解释家庭情况。。
