Task 2: Work within the roles and responsibilities of a childcare worker
The room leader is going on holidays and Nikki has asked you to be responsible for the children’s program whilst she is away. The room leader will be absent for a month.

1. How does this request fit within your job description as an untrained child carer?

2. Based upon this, what would be your response to Nikki? What issues would you need to discuss and agree upon?

在我看来，我就会直接说不，因为这不是我的职责，越权出现的任何不良后果，我无法承担。书上也是教我们做自己职责范围内的事。但是我又觉得不那么简单，因为实际生活中，这种事情经常发生吧。
